These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Cardinal Insulation, owned by Avalon Services, and apply to all proposals, estimates, and work conducted by Cardinal Insulation. By engaging with Cardinal Insulation, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Cardinal Insulation offers professional insulation services, including providing estimates and proposals for the installation of insulation in residential and commercial properties. However, Cardinal Insulation does not install insulation material purchased by the customer. We only install insulation materials that we supply, ensuring the highest quality and compatibility with our service standards.
While Cardinal Insulation manages the proposal, estimation, and project oversight, the installation of insulation may be subcontracted to trusted third-party companies. All installation work will be supervised and coordinated by Cardinal Insulation to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.
Estimates provided by Cardinal Insulation are based on the initial evaluation of your property and are subject to change based on any unforeseen circumstances or adjustments to project scope. Once the proposal is accepted, a formal agreement will be provided with the final terms and payment schedule.
Payments are due as outlined in the formal agreement. Cardinal Insulation accepts various forms of payment, and any changes to the payment schedule or amount will be communicated in writing. Failure to comply with the agreed payment terms may result in delays or suspension of work.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible and ready for the installation of insulation. Cardinal Insulation is not responsible for any damages to existing property or structures unless caused directly by our installation work. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure all necessary permits for insulation installation, if required by local regulations.
Cardinal Insulation is committed to ensuring that all work is completed to the highest industry standards. However, liability for issues arising from the installation of insulation performed by third-party subcontractors is limited to the extent of the subcontractor’s warranty and Cardinal Insulation's oversight. We offer a warranty on the insulation materials we provide, but third-party installations may be subject to the subcontractor’s warranty terms.
Should you wish to cancel or alter the scope of the project after the proposal has been accepted, Cardinal Insulation requires written notice. Any changes to the project scope or cancellations may result in additional fees based on the work completed up until that point.
Cardinal Insulation values your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties, except as necessary for the completion of the project.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Cardinal Insulation harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the installation services provided, including any damages caused by third-party subcontractors.
Cardinal Insulation reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified of significant changes via email or other means.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the work is being performed. Any disputes related to these Terms or the services provided by Cardinal Insulation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that state.
